All information appertaining to a member’s name, address, contact details, and ailments are held on a central computer. Roger Merry currently holds and maintains this information
With reference to all junior members the information is issued to the age group coach/ manager annually at the beginning of the season and update regularly whenever there is a change to the members in that age group. This may be a new member or a change of telephone number. Electronic transfer normally does this.
Senior Members information is disseminated only to an appropriate person who will require such information. E.G. Women’s details will not be sent to the Men’s section and visa versa unless there is a specific reason for such a distribution (such as mixed organizer).
It is the member’s responsibility to update the club on any change of circumstance.
