It is the responsibility of all club Volunteers, Officials, Members, Parents and Non-Members to ensure that all are treated with respect and fairness and adequately safeguard against injury and abuses. We all follow the Good Practice and Child Protection Guide, as supplied by the scUK (sportscoachUK).
Club policies are designed to protect all concerned from any activity and that may have a detrimental impact on finances, public image, or its members and officers: Failure to comply with the provisions of these policies can result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and/or prosecution to the fullest extent or applicable laws.
Players should notify the coach if they wish to leave the training area.
Acknowledgement of their return is required.
We expect everyone to treat coaches, other volunteers and each other with respect. Any abuse including bullying, whether physical or emotional will be dealt with appropriately.
Abuse including bullying will not be tolerated within the Club.
All coaches and officials are approachable and we offer our help and advice to performers and parents when required.
Although we always encourage praise from parents / guardians, we request that any gifts bought because of the child’s performance be kept personal
